One Spark Hospitality Group provides hospitality consulting, concept development, beverage program design, opening support and digital resources. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over these terms.

Submitting a form, requesting a review or booking a call does not create a consulting agreement.

The Restaurant & Bar Startup Blueprint and the Operators Vault are licensed to you for use in your own business. You may edit and use the documents internally. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share access with parties outside your business.

Hospitality businesses carry real financial risk. Our guidance, templates and materials are provided for informational and operational purposes and are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. We do not guarantee any particular business, revenue or profitability outcome.

All site content, branding, documents and systems are the property of One Spark Hospitality Group unless otherwise noted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Spark Hospitality Group is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, resources or services.
