Privacy Policy

We collect the information you voluntarily provide—name, email address, phone number, concept stage, and details about your project—when you request the Blueprint, submit a form, book a call or join the Operators Vault.

We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

To deliver the resource or service you requested, respond to your inquiry, send relevant operator resources and updates, and administer memberships and payments.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers required to operate the business—email delivery, scheduling and payment processing—each acting on our behalf.

If you download a resource or submit a form, you may receive follow-up emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.

We retain contact information for as long as it is needed to serve you or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No online system is perfectly secure.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure which ads lead to results, this site uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These record page views and two actions: requesting the free Blueprint and booking a consultation. For those two actions we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of the email address and first name you submitted, along with Meta's own advertising cookie identifiers, so the result can be matched to the ad you clicked. This is used for advertising measurement and ad optimization by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked at all: the pixel is never loaded and no events are sent, because we do not ask for advertising consent there. Elsewhere, we honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, and you can also block this tracking with your browser or ad-blocking settings. To opt out at any time, email hello@onesparkhospitalitygroup.com and we will exclude you.
