A design-led redwood retreat developed to pair clean, modern interiors with the immersive character of its forest setting and a relaxed Northern California guest experience.
Short-Term Rental · Developed & Sold
A ground-up short-term rental developed in Forestville: vaulted, light-filled interiors, a full chef-ready kitchen, comfortable lounge and sleeping spaces, and a private fire-pit courtyard designed for high review scores and strong nightly rates. Developed, styled, operated and successfully sold.
Short-Term Rentals · Two Developed · One Currently Owned
We designed and developed two California short-term rental properties—one remains in our portfolio as an operating rental, while the other was successfully sold. Both apply the same hospitality principles used in our restaurants and bars: intentional design, efficient layouts, strong presentation and a memorable guest experience.
