Refund & Subscription Policy

The Operators Vault is billed at $97 per month or $997 per year, automatically renewing at the end of each period until cancelled.

You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Because Vault membership delivers immediate access to downloadable digital systems, payments—including renewals—are non-refundable. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing mistake, contact us and we will make it right.

The 125-page Restaurant & Bar Startup Blueprint is free. There is nothing to refund and no payment information is required.

Consulting work is governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement, including its deposit, scheduling and cancellation terms. Deposits reserve time on our calendar and are generally non-refundable, though we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
