Built From Experience

We understand the front of house, the back of house, and everything behind the scenes.

One Spark Hospitality Group was founded by Layla and Justin Neuroth to help entrepreneurs navigate the complicated process of opening and operating restaurants, bars, cafés, and hospitality concepts.

Layla brings 30 years of direct industry experience. She has worked across nearly every area of food and beverage—from bartending and mixology to culinary development, management, operations, training, concept creation, menu development, and serving as a Food and Beverage Director.

Justin brings the business foundation that turns a creative idea into an organized, executable plan. With a business degree and extensive experience managing the backend of hospitality projects, he oversees permitting, construction coordination, accounting, budgeting, systems, compliance, vendors, and operational infrastructure.

Together, they combine the guest-facing side of hospitality with the structure required to build a business that can actually function, grow, and last.

How We Work

We do not give advice from the sidelines.

Our recommendations are shaped by decades of real operating experience. We know how quickly a great concept can become overwhelmed by construction delays, permitting issues, staffing problems, unclear systems, uncontrolled costs, or a menu that does not perform.

Practical Over Theoretical

Every strategy must work in the real world, with real staff, real budgets, and real service pressures.

Creative With Structure

Strong branding and memorable guest experiences are supported by budgets, systems, and disciplined execution.

Built for Longevity

We help clients make smart decisions early so their businesses are easier to operate, scale, and sustain.

Build With Confidence

Let’s create something unforgettable—and build it correctly from the beginning.
